KEDI APP PRIVACY POLICY  
Kedi Healthcare Industries (Nigeria) Limited (“hereinafter referred to as we” or “us” or “our”)  
respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). So we have developed a Privacy Policy  
that explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit  
our mobile application (the “Application” or “KEDI App”). Please read this Privacy Policy  
carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the  
application.  
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.  
We will however alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this  
Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay  
informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and  
will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued  
use of this Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

ARTICLE 2: COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION  
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect  
via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:  
Personal Data  
Demographic data and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, email  
address, service centre number, KEDI Identification number)that you voluntarily give to us  
when you register as a user on the Application.  
Personal Image Data  
Picture collection :Kedi Care collects/transmits/processes/stores picture information:  
a. Function: Member center for users to provide avatar replacement use.  
b. Function: For users to scan, scan the offline QR code, can be used directly in the registration.  
c. Analysis and recommendation: Recommend suitable learning videos for use in the later stage  
according to the user's pictures.  
Derivative Data  
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application.  
Mobile Device Access  
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including  
storage and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in  
your device’s settings.  
Mobile Device Data  
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version  
of your operating system and any other data you choose to provide.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient,  
and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the  
Application to:  
1. Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to the Application more  
personalized.  
2. Administer promotions and contests.  
3. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third  
parties;  
4. Create and manage your account;  
5. Inform you about your bonus and any change in the date of payment of bonus;  
6. Deliver targeted advertising, newsletters, and other information regarding the  
Application to you.  
7. Email you regarding your account or any other information.  
8. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.  
9. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the  
Application.  
10. Notify you of updates to the Application.  
11. Offer new products, services and/or recommendations to you.

13. Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

15. Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.  
ARTICLE 4: USE OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGY  
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, or other tracking technologies on the  
Application to help customize the Application and improve your experience. When you  
access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of our  
tracking technology. However if you have provided your personal information to us, we may  
associate your registration information with the tracking technology or other things that the

Application places on your mobile phone or browsing device. Associating a tracking  
technology with your registration data allows us to offer increased personalization and  
functionality.  
ARTICLE 5: ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US  
You declare and guarantee that you are the owner and that you have the necessary rights on  
the information that you transmit to Us; and that at the date of its transmission, the  
information is exact and true. If you do not provide us with personal information we ask for  
or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, consequences for you can include, as  
relevant, that we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.  
ARTICLE 6: SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION  
KEDI Healthcare employs reasonable security measures consistent with standard industry  
practice, for information collected through this Application. We believe that we have ample  
security measures in place, both physical and electronic to help safeguard your Personal  
Information; help prevent unauthorized access; unauthorized interference; to help maintain  
data security; and to limit use of your personal information to what is allowed by this Privacy  
Policy. More so, we have implemented technology and security policies, rules, and other  
reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, modification, unauthorized  
access, unauthorised interference, improper use, improper alteration, unlawful or accidental  
destruction, or accidental loss.

We also use internal protections to limit access to your personal information to only those  
employees who need the information to perform a specific job and we ensure that such  
employee or third party observes the highest standard of confidentiality and ethical conduct.  
Your personal information may be stored in hard copy documents or in electronic form in our  
computer systems. More specifically, your personal information will be stored in 128 Secure  
Sockets Layer bit encryption on database servers at our data centres or at data centres owned  
by third party hosting companies.  
As required by the law, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify any personal  
information that is no longer required for a permitted purpose.  
ARTICLE 7: DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES  
We may disclose your personal information for the purposes listed above or as otherwise  
permitted by the law to third parties that include the following:  
1. Related entities, commercial partners (including parties with whom we have various  
types of commercial arrangements) and affiliates. We reasonably ensure that these  
recipients of such information agree to process such information based on its  
instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate  
confidentiality and security measures;  
2. Service providers and third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf,  
including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services,  
customer service, and marketing assistance.  
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law or  
by any court or governmental agency and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to

You have a right to access the personal information that we hold about you at any time,  
subject to certain exemptions under the law.  
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or  
disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and relevant to our dealings with you and the nature  
of our relationship with you.  
If you would like to request access to your personal information or correction of your

ARTICLE 9: DISCLAIMER  
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information  
will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of  
example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information  
to the government or third parties under certain circumstances; third parties may unlawfully  
intercept or access transmissions or private communications from this Application.

employees, and affiliated entities) will not be held liable for any claim, damages or costs,  
whether direct or indirect, consequential or special, arising out of or in any way connected to  
your use or inability to use this Application, or any information that is posted on this

Application, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, or  
otherwise. In addition, you agree that we may not be held liable for the conduct of other  
members associated with this Application, including, but not limited to, activities relating to  
message boards or chat rooms, or any other services that may be offered in the future. You  
hereby waive any claims, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if we  
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  
ARTICLE 10: INDEMNITY  
You agree to indemnify KEDI Healthcare Industries Nigeria Ltd (including, without  
limitation, its officers, directors and employees) against any and all claims and expenses,  
including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of this  
Application. This expressly includes, without limitation to liability arising from your  
violation or infringement of any rights of others, including intellectual property rights or  
libellous or unlawful postings.  
ARTICLE 11: GENERAL  
1. This Agreement and the Additional Terms shall be governed by, construed and  
enforced in accordance with the Laws of Nigeria.  
2. Before we use or disclose your personal information in a manner that is inconsistent  
with this Privacy Policy, we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to opt  
out.  
3. We may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy including, to take  
into account new laws, regulations and technology. All personal information that we  
collect, use, hold and disclose will be governed by the most recent Privacy Policy that
